Parker Updates

This picture was taken the day we brought Parker home from the hospital. We should have gotten the entire car seat in the picture so you can get a feel for how small he is in there. Despite being so small, he is a joy to have around. As far as newborns go, this one is pretty even-kill. He hardly ever cries unless you are changing his diaper. He sleeps like a champ! His favorite sleeping position is on mom or dad's chest with his tummy towards you and his bum sticking straight out. He loves to be wrapped tight in his blanket, but hates to have his hands wrapped too. He sleeps with his hands around his face or up above his head. He will open his eyes to the sound of his big brothers voice. He has a talent for peeing through multiple outfits a day. It seems to be right when I change him into a dry diaper, he rolls over onto his side and pees right out the back of his dry diaper...he's done this twice now at the Doctor's office (they now put down a special pad for him when we go). He has a sweet calming spirit about him and we are thrilled to have him here!
